Bernie and Michael plays songs inspired by the oblique strategy of 'Emphasise the Flaws'.  Bernie provides a musical overview of ailments impacting his body, and Michael plays songs more aligned to flaws experienced by humans. And of course we would like to say it was a flawless show, but then that would be what you would expect from Eclectic Avenue.

Confused? Well, Farnz Cordeaux from The Silverbeets will try his hardest to put you straight, although Shippa’s head is still spinning…22? What 22?

This weekend's show focuses on the amazing music store for independent artists globally that is Bandcamp. All music from this show are recent purchases I have made. Most are from 2026 with a couple from 2025. Bandcamp offers a range of pricing and purchasing options such as set prices for digital albums and individual tracks as well as "name your own price" on some items - which I always view as a good test of my ethics and generosity when it comes to consuming music. You can also add a donation to the set price. Many artists pages also offer merch or the music in a physical format such as Vinyl LP or CD.
